Sorting out a sloping section of back garden
Our Dundee clients asked us to transform a section of their back garden which was essentially turf on a slope. The remit was to add paving and a planter with decorative aggregate to create a level low maintenance area. We build a containment system of concrete block and faced the wall with a natural stone. A raised planter was constructed by similar method.The excess material within the existing garden was then redistributed to achieve a level surface which was then compacted,consolidated and paved in natural sandstone paving from Stonemarket's Marketstone range. Decorative chippings were added to break up the expanse of stone.
