Front terracing at Victorian Cottage
Our Arbroath Clients brief was to transform the front aspect of their south facing home. Currently laid to borders with gravel paths. The client was looking for usable space to the front allowing the young ones clean flat playing surfaces.
Our designer proposed raising the ground level to provide a large terrace with wide steps connecting the terrace to the front lawn. The retaining wall was faced with Cupa Stonepanel, a natural stone composite panel apllied to the concrete block construction. The terrace was laid to random Indian Sandstone from Stonemarket's Marketstone range, complementing the natural random stone boundary and house construction.
