Delivery Costs
We provide a very flexible delivery service. Our standard vehicle has a load capacity of 8 tonnes and has a Hi-Ab facility (crane) with a reach of up to 5 metres from the lorry.Most situations will be a simple off-load from the roadside into your garden. We will at your request enter substantial driveways to deliver- but this is conditional on the driver and his decision is final. Please make us aware of any conditions which may affect a delivery. e.g. narrow streets, car parking etc. You will be contacted prior to delivery and although it would be advisable to be present to accept delivery we understand that our customers cannot afford to stay in all day waiting. For an extra fee we do offer a timed delivery service ± 30 mins (in Dundee only). If we're late you simply don't pay the extra fee (£20). Can't be fairer than that can we?
