Terracing and Steps

Major works to provide feature entrance steps, feature patio door steps and substantial retaining walls and associated steps and paving.

Our Dundee clients had just completed an extension to the house front and tasked us to design the surrounding terraces with associated steps, retaining walls, gate and entry steps which was currently sloped with a tarmac finish. The new patio doors required steps to comply with building regs and a wider terrace was asked for to the house front to provide amenity space. The new raised terrace would require a substantial retaining wall.
